How do we do estimates if the drawings are not completed?
We work with Architects, Developers, and Design & Engineering Firms that require our services in the early planning and design stages. If you have preliminary drawings or specifications, we would work with that and our estimators will provide an accurate estimate for procurement, supplying, or design purposes.
How accurate are we?
We offer 97% accuracy on all of our projects! Our estimators are experts in there field, they also have experience in engineering, Trade specialising, Field Superintendents, and project managers, for pricing we use zip-code based pricing that brings into account even inflation, shortages in material, import/export tariffs and natural disaster as well.
How do you pay for our services?
We invoice our customers through PayPal. This way all your personal details are secure.

How it works?
To start, you will have to send us the plans and project details with specifications on info@smartscaleestimating.com. After that, our estimators will review and revert back with a quote and proposed turnaround time. After acceptance of a quote by the client, we will send an invoice of 50% upfront via PayPal, once the payment is made.
Do we charge on an hourly rate?
We charge on a per-project basis. Our estimating services are perfect for busy contractors in that regard and can save up to 70% of estimation expenses as hiring an in-house estimator.
How much does it cost for a material takeoff or an estimate?
Every project’s scope and size are different to know the exact price we will need to see the plans therefore send us the plans/drawings to info@smartscaleestimating.com. Normally for small projects, it is $200 on average, mid-size projects can be in a range of $350 on average.
